These hand building workshops provide a wonderful opportunity for all ages to come together and have lots of fun, and to enjoy creating and working with clay and colour.
This Festive Taster is open to adults and teenagers 13+. Younger children (7-12 years) are also very welcome if an adult attends the workshop too.
The tutor for this workshop is Lara.
During each half day workshop everyone will be able to make one item following a project set by the Tutor.
We have a different project for each taster workshop and could include, for example, jugs, animals, vases, tea light houses, candleholders etc.
Your unique and very special piece will be ready to collect, after two firings and glazing, a couple of weeks later.
If you are contemplating joining a class, there is nothing like a full hands-on experience, working within a group of like-minded people, and getting a good feel for the facilities, energy and atmosphere of the studio.
